Purpose and Scope of the Privacy Policy
The purpose of the privacy policy (hereinafter – the Policy) of SIA Elevate Jobs (hereinafter – the Controller) is to inform the Controller’s clients, potential clients, employees, business partners, and other persons about the Controller’s actions regarding the processing and protection of personal data of natural persons who can be directly or indirectly identified (hereinafter – Data Subject).
The Policy specifies what personal data of the Data Subject is processed, including obtained, transferred, corrected, stored, deleted, etc., the purposes and legal basis of such data processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter – Regulation), as well as the data storage periods and the rights of the Data Subject.

The Controller usually processes the following personal data:
- Employees (both permanent and freelance);
- Potential employees of the Controller;
- Business partners and their representatives.
The Controller processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently to the Data Subject to:
- Identify persons;
- Offer, provide, and ensure services for business partners and potential business partners;
- Ensure and improve the quality of services provided by the Controller;
- Detect and prevent criminal offenses or administrative violations within the Controller’s premises;
- Fulfill legal obligations applicable to the Controller;
- Conduct publicity and marketing activities of the Controller;
- Defend its own and the Data Subject’s rights and legal interests;
- Protect its own and the Data Subject’s legitimate interests.
Data Retention Period
The retention period of the Data Subject’s personal data depends on the purpose and basis of the data processing. The Controller will store personal data as required by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, until the Data Subject withdraws their consent, until the purpose of processing is achieved, or for the duration of a concluded cooperation agreement and three years after the agreement ends.
